Certificate in Leadership
A certificate in leadership provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective leaders in the community, at work, and globally. This program is suitable for current managers looking to enhance their leadership abilities or for individuals aspiring to move into a leadership role. Participants will develop key skills such as strategic thinking, effective communication, and team management. The program also offers practical tools and techniques to inspire and motivate teams, drive organizational change, and achieve business goals.
This program is available online with asynchronous classes.
Please note, certificate program candidates are not eligible for state and federal financial aid.
Program Requirements
This program requires students to take 15 core credits of business course, at least 1 SH of Service Learning, and one approved 3 credit elective.
