The MSU football program centers itself around four winning characteristics of student athletes. We want a solid student who is serious about attaining his degree and graduating. Student athletes must be of solid character and be solid citizens who will fit into our community. Football players should produce on the field and in the weight room. This, in turn, will contribute to team victories. The student athlete must be committed to the program until he graduates, and continue this commitment as an alumnus.
