Online U has named several Mayville State University programs to their 2020 Most Affordable Colleges rankings. MSU’s online Master of Arts in Teaching degree was ranked #11 of 25. The online bachelor’s degrees in education were ranked #15 of 25, and the online bachelor’s degree in early childhood education was ranked #18 of 25. Mayville State’s online bachelor’s degrees in mathematics were ranked #6 on a list of 19.

Online degrees present an opportunity for career advancement and increased financial stability, but they also come with a cost. Knowing the return on investment of a specific degree and major before making a decision is wise. Online U’s rankings for Mayville State come from Optimal’s 2020 Best Value Colleges rankings on the Guide to Online Schools for 121 programs. The rankings are based on degree-level and program-specific tuition rates and PayScale salary data. More than 78,000 online programs were researched.

“We’re very proud to have so many of our online programs recognized in this way,” said Misti Wuori, MSU Director of Extended Learning. “We make every effort to deliver the best possible education, along with the outstanding personal service that all Mayville State students receive, at an affordable cost to our online students.”
