Rhonda_Nelson_Womens_Leadership-web.jpgRhonda Nelson, assistant professor of business at Mayville State University, was among 17 graduates of the 2016 Center for Technology & Business (CTB) Greater Fargo Area Women’s Leadership Program. A luncheon and recognition program was held Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016 in Fargo. Leadership program participants were chosen from a pool of applicants submitted by outstanding women in the region.

The Women’s Leadership Program is an exceptional six-month program dedicated to building a culture of women empowering women in North Dakota. The goal is to increase leadership skills in four core areas – personal leadership, professional leadership, community leadership, and health leadership - for women of all backgrounds.

The Women’s Leadership Program participants are part of a statewide network of highly motivated and forward-thinking women who are making a difference across North Dakota. Program participants have raised more than $205,000 in cash and in-kind donations in their communities.
