The Mayville State University Foundation, Bell State Bank, Brudvik Law, and Citizens State Bank of Finley are sponsoring an estate planning seminar Thursday, Oct. 29 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center. The Larson Center is located on the corner of Third Avenue and Stan Dakken Drive in Mayville. Light refreshments will be served.
The public is invited to attend this seminar where participants will have an opportunity to learn the basics about wills, estate plans, trusts, and tax saving for their estates. Six out of ten people don’t have a will or estate plan, or they need to change their plan. Most people desire to have their estates benefit their families, friends, and charities. This seminar will demonstrate how to preserve and pass on estate assets without unnecessary tax and cost.
