Mayville State University's first-day headcount for the Spring Semester of 2013 is at a new first-day spring semester high. Headcount as of the first day of classes on January 8 was 916. The previous first-day spring semester headcount record had been set in 2012. This is the latest in Mayville State's consistent trend in enrollment gains.
"We are happy that the hard work of our faculty and staff is paying off, and that more and more students are choosing to enroll at Mayville State University to take advantage of the tremendous things we have to offer," said Mayville State President Dr. Gary Hagen. "Our facilities have been greatly improved and new and innovative programs and modes of instructional delivery have been developed and implemented. These benefits, combined with our legendary brand of personal service, are helping to provide Mayville State students with wonderful experiences and outcomes."
The first-day enrollment numbers are preliminary. Official final Spring Semester 2013 enrollment figures will not be computed until early February, when all North Dakota University System institutions calculate final enrollment data.
