The public is invited to stop by to enjoy a cool summer treat provided compliments of the MSU Alumni Association. This event will provide a great opportunity for people to see the Military Honor Garden located on the lawn at the Larson Center. Please bring your own lawn chair and enjoy the afternoon on the lawn at the Larson Center.
A campus tour is scheduled to begin at the front of Old Main at 2 p.m. The public is invited to see all of the physical improvements that have been made on the campus, including the recently completed HPER renovation and expansion project. Tours will end at the Larson Center.
Also from 2 to 3 p.m., there will be an open house at Birkelo Hall. Updates are underway, and the public is invited to stop by and see how Mayville State is transforming the residence hall for use as a living and learning community for high-achieving students.
An open house reception in honor of the Alumni Association honorees will take place in the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center at Mayville State from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. June 23. Everyone is welcome to attend, compliments of the MSU Alumni Association.
The day will end with a social for all alumni and friends at the Mayville Golf Club from 8 p.m. until midnight. Snacks will be provided, and there will be a cash bar. This is also the site for a 40-year reunion of the Mayville State Class of 1977 and their friends.
