The Mayville State men's basketball team brought home the 2017-18 North Star Athletic Association tournament title with a hard-fought 73-70 victory over the Dickinson State Blue Hawks Monday, Feb. 26 at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center in Bellevue, Neb.
The Comets (18-10) earned an automatic berth to the NAIA Men's Basketball Division II National Tournament. The first games of the tournament will be played on March 7 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. Tournament bracks will be revealed as a selection show that will take place Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 5 p.m. CT.
