State Employee Recognition Week - Free Lunch

All faculty and staff are invited to have a free authentic Mexican lunch with guest chef Jesus Sandoval. The menu will include tacos de carnitas, steak tacos, tacos al pastor, Mexican rice, and chips and salsa.

Chef Jesus Sandoval was born in California, but grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he attended school. His love for cooking started when his uncle, who was a chef at an American restaurant, invited him to work with him. His specialty is "Cazuelas," a common name given to a variety of Latin American dishes. He is the owner of Acapulco Mexican Restaurant in Fargo.
