Richard Anderson, Cooperstown, N.D., and Grady Rostberg, Hutchinson, Minn., were inducted into the National High School Athletic Coaches Association (NHSACA) Hall of Fame. The induction program took place at the 2023 NHSACA National Coaches Convention held in Lincoln, Neb. July 24-27, 2023.

Rick Anderson, 1974 Mayville State graduate, coaches high school boys and girls cross country and boys and girls track and field at Griggs County Central High School in Cooperstown. He has coached at the high school for 49 years. Rick was inducted into the Mayville State Athletic Coaches Hall of Fame in 2016.

Grady Rostberg, who graduated from Mayville State in 1961, is a celebrated football coach at Hutchinson (Minn.) High School. He has coached at Hutchinson for 53 years, after spending one year at Hatton (N.D.) High School and six years at Brownton (Minn.) High School. The football stadium at Hutchinson was recently named for Grady and his son, Andy, who took over as head coach of the program when Grady retired from that position and moved into an assistant coaching role. Grady Rostberg was inducted into the Mayville State Athletic Hall of Fame in 1986 and the Mayville State Athletic Coaches Hall of Fame in 2011.
