Military Honor Garden Dedication
Edson & Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center - Corner of Stan Dakken Drive and Third Avenue, Mayville, ND
The Military Honor Garden, located on the south lawn of the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center, is a tribute to Mayville State alumni and friends who have served or are serving our nation in the Armed Forces. The program will include patriotic music and remarks by project chairmen Lt. Gen. Emil "Buck" Bedard (USMC ret.) ('65) and former Marine Martin Johnson ('66). Musical selections will be performed by the North Dakota Army National Guard brass quintet and MSU student Shaleen Helmer. Those attending the program are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. An all-American lunch, sponsored by the Pembina County Alumni of Pembina County/Hoople, will be served immediately following the program.
