Have you had any unique opportunities, in or out of the classroom, while you’ve been enrolled at Mayville State?
I have had countless opportunities to benefit myself through leadership or volunteering. Many of the meaningful memories I have created here are campus are during activities away from the classroom. Some examples are people I have meet during campus tours to prospective students, volunteering to help with local fundraisers, and serving on an officer team for different organizations.

I founded a fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital as part of a class project and was able to raise over $1,000! I worked very hard for a nonprofit organization that I felt very strongly about and was extremely proud to present that money on behalf of the Women’s Basketball team and the kids that participated in our basketball camp.

What does personal service mean to you?
Personal service means making an effort to go above and beyond to make sure that the task is complete and the person receiving the benefit is completely satisfied.

What are your plans after graduating from Mayville State?
I plan to pursue a career in Agriculture Business after completing my degree at Mayville State University.
