In order to enroll in graduate courses at Mayville State University, you must have a bachelor's degree and be admitted to MSU as a graduate student. To apply for graduate admission, mail the Graduate Application for Admission and a non-refundable $35.00 application fee to the Admissions Office, Mayville State University, 330 Third Street NE, Mayville, ND 58257. If you have previously attended Mayville State University, you do not need to pay the application fee again.

All potential Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) students, including students who previously attended Mayville State University, must submit the non-refundable $35.00 application fee.  If you are interested in the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program, please contact Dr. Andi Dulski-Bucholz prior to completing MSU's graduate application at 701-788-4833 or andrea.dulskibucholz@mayvillestate.edu.  Program pending Higher Learning Commission Approval August 2016.

After you have been admitted, you will need to contact the Office of Academic Records in order to register for courses. Grades are available within seven days after the last day of final exams.

  1. Log into Campus Connection.
  2. Select Self Service.
  3. Under Academic Records, select View Unofficial Transcript. The next screen will provide two drop down boxes. Under Academic Institution select Mayville State University, under Report Type select Unofficial Transcript. Click the go button to download your transcript.
