CAC Sportsmen's Raffle - September 11

The Comet Athletic Club is sponsoring its fourth annual Sportsmen’s Raffle to raise scholarships for the student athletes of Mayville State University. A total of 55 guns will be raffled at an event planned for Saturday evening, September 11, 2010. Ticket holders will have a one-in-ten chance of winning a gun, and need not be present to win. Raffle tickets are on sale now for $100 each.

The $100 ticket buys a chance to win a gun and admission to the raffle event that will be held at the Mayville Armory on September 11. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m., and the gun raffle will begin at 7:00 p.m. The evening will include door prizes, cash bar, and gaming activities. Those who do not wish to purchase the $100 gun raffle ticket are welcome to attend the September 11 event, as well. Cost for attending the event without the gun raffle ticket purchase is $25 per person, payable at the door on the evening of the event.

In conjunction with the Sportsmen’s Raffle, the Comet Athletic Club will be giving away a 2010 Polaris 500 H.O. Sportsman in a raffle sponsored by Finley Motorsports of Finley and Mayville, N.D. Tickets for the chance to win the ATV are $20.00 each. Ticket holders need not be present to win. The drawing will be held at the Sportsmen’s Raffle event on September 11.
