| Mayville State University women's basketball coach Dennis Hutter has announced the signing of Laura Taylor to a DAC letter of intent. Taylor played her senior season for Maddock High School where she averaged 17.7 points per game and 11.1 rebounds per game.
The 6’1” post player was also voted to the All-District Team and the All-District Tournament Team. Taylor was also voted team captain for her senior season.
"Laura will bring a solid presence to our low post position. She is very good at scoring around the basket," Hutter said. "She will make an excellent addition to our Comet family."
