Schedule and Registration Information

Register for Online Classes Today!


  1. Any student wishing to enroll in Anatomy & Physiology must first pre-register. Click on the button above to continue.
  2. After you have pre-registered, you will need to complete an application to Mayville State and pay the $35 application fee. This can be done here: http://www.mayvillestate.edu/prospective-students/admissions/
  3. Once applied, your admission request will be processed. Once admitted, an email will be sent to you with your Student ID number and instructions on claiming your NDUS account. The email will look something like this:
    You have been admitted to Mayville State University for the Spring 2014 term. Before you are able to begin your course you will need to claim your account. If you have not completed this process, please do so by following the instructions below. You will receive an email with further instructions pertaining to the course shortly. To claim your account you will need your assigned EMPLID/student ID and your birth date. Your student ID is _. To start the process, go to the NDUS Claim Page: https://helpdesk.ndus.edu/ndusaccount. If you have any problems with this process, contact the Help Desk at 1-866-457-6387 (toll-free in the US and Canada) or help.desk@nodak.edu. Please let me know if you have any questions.

  4. Once your account is claimed you will then need to agree to the Financial Obligation Agreement electronically. Follow the instructions found here: http://www.mayvillestate.edu/files/6513/8506/8891/Financial_Obligation_Agreement.pdf
  5. If you are enrolling in Anatomy & Physiology I lecture and lab (BIOL 220/220L—4 credits total) or are a returning student who has previously completed Anatomy & Physiology I lecture and lab (BIOL 220/L) from Mayville State University and are interested in Anatomy & Physiology II (BIOL 221/L), you can self-register by following these instructions: https://web.mayvillestate.edu/Documents/Admissions/RegistrationInstructions.pdf
  6. If you are only taking lectures (no labs) or only taking labs (no lectures), or taking Anatomy & Physiology II (BIOL 221/L) as your first course at Mayville State University, then an email needs to be sent to: ExtendedLearning@mayvillestate.edu stating that you are ready to be enrolled in the desired courses you want to complete. You are not able to self-enroll in these courses. You may enroll in both BIOL 220/L and BIOL 221/L in the same semester, with instructor consent and completion of the Summer or Fall 2014 Agreement for Anatomy and Physiology students.   7. Please note that Mayville State University is unable to admit completely online students who are residents of Maryland for online classes or programs due to lengthy and expensive state approval processes.


Use the button above to locate the online or distance courses you may be interested or see the MSU Summer 2014 Online/Distance Course Schedule or MSU Fall 2014 publication. Please note that the classes you choose may have special requirements. These requirements may be found under “Details” after clicking the button above

If you are a new student, you must first apply and be admitted to MSU for the upcoming academic term before registering. Once admitted, you will be able to register by following the instructions listed below.

Current MSU students may register for online and distance classes when pre-registration begins for the upcoming term by following these instructions:

  1. Talk to your advisor.
  2. Go to www.mayvillestate.edu
  3. Click the "My Student Portal" at the bottom of the page or the 'backpack' icon at the top of the page.
  4. Enter your Username and Password. Your User Name is the same as your login for ConnectND preceded by NDUS\. Your password is identical to the password you use for ConnectND and Moodle.
  5. Click on CampusConnection
  6. Enter your User ID and Password from the account claim process.
  7. From the menu on the left, click Student Center.
  8. Under Academics click Enroll.
  9. Choose the appropriate term and click Continue.
  10. If you know the class number you may enter it OR if you don’t know the class number click the Class Search button then click Search.
  11. Fill in the Course Subject, Course Number, and Course Career. To show both open and closed classes, uncheck the Show Open Classes Only box.
  12. To choose the class you wish to add to your schedule, click Select Class.
  13. Click Next to add the class(es) to your shopping cart.
  14. To add more classes to your shopping cart click Search.
  15. Repeat this process until all classes have been selected, then click Proceed to Step 2 of 3.
  16. To OFFICIALLY add the classes onto My Class Schedule click Finish Enrolling.
  17. Click on My Class Schedule to confirm. Be sure to print a copy of your schedule to review.

If your course is not listed above, you will need to register through ConnectND.
