50-Gun Giveaway - Saturday, September 14, 2024
The 18th annual Sportsmen's Raffle event will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Mayville State University Campus Center Luckasen Room. Hors d'oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available. Gun raffle begins at 7 p.m.
The Comet Athletic Club Sportsmen's Raffle is held annually to raise scholarships for Mayville State student athletes. The highlight of the event is a 50-gun giveaway. Tickets sell for $100 each and only 500 tickets will be sold, so ticket purchasers have a one-in-ten chance of winning. Must be 21 to attend.
Winners may choose store credit in lieu of a gun.
NOTE: Pistols, by law, cannot be transferred to the state of Minnesota. A Scheels gift card will be given in lieu of any listed pistols in the event the winner is a Minnesota resident.

Raffle tickets may not be sold online.
To purchase a ticket for the 50-gun giveaway, you may send your check ($100 for each ticket purchased) to MSU Foundation, 330 Third Street NE, Mayville, N.D. 58257. Checks must be received no later than Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Tickets are also available at the MSU Foundation office, located at the corner of Third Ave. and Stan Dakken Drive in Mayville, from Comet Athletic Club board members, and at the following area businesses:
