Students who will be going into fourth, fifth, or sixth grade in the fall of 2022 are invited to attend a Japanese Culture Camp at Mayville State University Campus Center. It is planned for Thursday, May 26 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. A fee of $10 per student will help to offset the cost of supplies used for the camp.

Campers will make a shibori tie-dyed T-shirt and plant a kokedama plant, and go home with both. Camp activities will also include experiences with shodo (calligraphy and language) and a Japanese culture fair with food, games, toys, candy, and more.
