Job Search for Educators is an annual event sponsored by Career Services and held on the campus of Mayville State for the benefit of education majors. The day consists of panels of area school administrators holding discussions of what they like to see in letters of application and resumes; giving insights into how they recruit teachers; how their interview process is conducted; and what they seek in new hires. Mock interviews are conducted by school superintendents and principals to give MSU students practice with that skill.

Takes place on the campus of UND, Grand Forks. This event is sponsored by all ND colleges and universities that prepare teachers and is open to candidates from the region. Fifty or more school districts (from 18+ states) typically recruit at the event.
