Degree Requirements
You must have completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), or Associate of Science (A.S.), or Associate of Arts (A.A.) program from an accredited institution to enter the B.A.S. Business Administration program. Mayville State University offers the Associate of Arts in Business Management online.
For this degree, a minimum of 30 credit hours at the 300/400 level from MSU combined with the previously completed program is required. Students electing to complete this degree must satisfy general education requirements as well. However, students in the B.A.S. program have a great deal of flexibility in selecting general education, business specialization, and elective coursework. Students may complete a minor in accounting online, as well as any of the specializations available in the B.S. in Business Administration major (such as accounting, management, marketing, agribusiness, or banking and finance).
Transfer-Friendly
Mayville State University accepts transfer credit from regionally recognized accredited institutions of postsecondary education. All credit hours earned from the institutions that meet this criterion are accepted in transfer towards graduation degree credit hours.

Mayville State online and distance courses cost $337.25 per credit (2023-2024) for tuition and fees, regardless of a student's state of residency.
