Outright Gifts

As a donor, when it is financially feasible for you to make a gift outright, the greatest benefit to you may be the satisfaction of seeing your gift put to immediate use. As a recipient, we at Mayville State University are gratified in knowing that we have your committed support and are pleased to be able to thank you in word and deed.
Outright gifts to the MSU Foundation can be made in a variety of ways. Donations can go to support the Foundation’s annual fund, a new or established academic or athletic scholarship, the Comet Athletic Club, or a specific department or fund. Unrestricted gifts allow the Foundation the greatest flexibility as the dollars go toward established priorities, directing funding to areas where it is most needed. The MSU Foundation accepts the following types of outright gifts:

Cash, check or credit card gifts
Stock or securities transfer
Real estate or mineral deeds
Tangible personal property
Pledges of support for up to five years
