The 37th annual Mayville State University Golf Classic is scheduled for June 8 and 9, 2012. The weekend will include two separate golf tournaments on different days. If you don't play golf, just come and visit, participate in the Friday night scholarship event, and enjoy the weekend.
Friday Golf Scramble
A four-person scramble will be held at Forest Hills Golf & RV Resort, 22931 185th St., Hwy. 10, Detroit Lakes, MN, on Friday, June 8, 2012. Shotgun start will be at 10:00 a.m. A burger bar will be available for all participants following the golf event. Women are encouraged to participate!
Try your luck at a hole-in-one! Everyone who participates will have a chance to win $10,000 for himself or herself and $10,000 for Mayville State.
This event is open to men and women. Cost is $70.00 per person. This includes green fees, cart, and prizes. Registration needs to be turned in by June 6.

Scholarship Event & Social
All Mayville State alumni and friends are invited to this annual get-together at the Detroit Country Club Dining Room. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. and usually wraps up about 9:00 p.m.
Saturday MSU Alumni Golf Classic
The Mayville State University Alumni Golf Classic is the oldest medal play university golf tournament in the world! Shotgun start will be at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, June 9 at the Detroit Country Club, Detroit Lakes, Minn. The tournament is open to men and women, and the day's activities will conclude by 3:30 p.m.
Cost is $95.00 per person. This includes green fees and cart. Detroit Country Club members pay $60.00. This includes cart. Registration deadline is June 1, 2012.

Luncheon for Women
All interested Mayville State women, graduates and friends, are invited to have lunch at the Speak Easy in Detroit Lakes (on Highway 10, near the Holiday Inn). A room has been reserved from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9. This is a no host lunch from the menu. Come for food, fun, and door prizes! Special guest will be MSU president's wife Debbie Hagen.
