Tables du Jour features elaborately decorated theme tables, brunch, and a silent auction. This annual event is a fund-raiser for music at Mayville State.

Graduation Brunch
The annual graduation brunch is sponsored by the MSU Alumni Association. The event is considered the first official alumni event for the new graduates.

MSU Football Alumni Golf Scramble
Mayville State football alumni and friends are invited to join in the fun at the Mayville Golf Club on June 3, 2011. Food, prizes, and refreshments!

MSU Golf Classic
The MSU Golf Classic is held annually on the second weekend in June. Mayville State alumni and friends from all across the country make Detroit Lakes, Minn. their destination on this weekend, not only to golf, but also to enjoy connecting with friends and acquaintances while supporting Mayville State University.

MSU Alumni Day & MSU Alumni Association Awards Dinner
The Mayville State University Alumni Association will host the first-ever Alumni Day at Mayville State University on Friday, June 24, 2011. Activities planned throughout the day include an open house and tours of facilities, as well as the annual Alumni Association Awards Dinner and a musical variety show. The events are being held in conjunction with Mayville-Portland's annual Summerfest. All activities are open to the public.

Harvey McMullen Open Golf Tournament
The Comet Athletic Club Harvey McMullen Open Golf tournament is held to raise funds for Mayville State's general athletic scholarship fund.

The annual Lake Region Golf Scramble is held to raise funds awarded in the form of scholarships to students from the Devils Lake (N.D.) region who attend Mayville State University.

    Comet Athletic Club Sportsmen's Raffle
    The Sportsmen's Raffle is held to raise funds for athletic scholarships at Mayville State University. The main event is the raffle of guns in which ticket holders have a one-in-ten chance of winning.

    Comet Athletic Club Farmers Bowl Athlete Feed
    The Comet Athletic Club holds this event annually on the Thursday before Farmers Bowl. The purpose is to treat Mayville State's student athletes to a meal and to give them and their parents and opportunity to meet the Comet boosters.

    Farmers Bowl
    The Farmers Bowl, sponsored annually by the MSU Foundation, teams Mayville State University with the community in a festival celebrating the area's agricultural way of life. Activities include a parade, corn on the cob and hot dog feed, Mayville State Comets football game, and a fund-raising auction.

    Homecoming
    The Mayville State Alumni Association's annual homecoming festivities include the Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner, Athletic Coaches Hall of Fame Luncheon, Comets football game, and a variety of socials and other activities.

    Scholarship Recipient Brunch
    Scholarship recipients are the guests of honor at the MSU Foundation Scholarship Recipient Brunch. Parents and scholarship benefactors are also invited to join in honoring the scholarship recipients.

    Honor Society Recognition Dinner
    The MSU Foundation board hosts this annual event to honor members of the Honor Society, donors who have given a cumulative total of $10,000 or more to Mayville State University.

    Holiday Gala
    The public is invited to kick off the holiday season at Mayville State at the annual Holiday Gala which features food and entertainment.

    Traill County/MSU Luncheon in Arizona
    Current and former residents of Traill County, as well as Mayville State University alumni and friends gather each year in Mesa to renew acquaintances and make new friends. Activities include lunch and a message from a keynote speaker.

    Baseball/Alumni Social in Mesa, AZ
    The MSU Comets baseball team makes its annual spring trip in the Phoenix area. Alumni and friends enjoy cheering on the Comets at their games. A social is held following one of the games during their week-long visit in Arizona.

    Comet Athletic Club 3 on 3 Basketball Tournaments
    The Comet Athletic Club sponsors annual tournaments for elementary-, junior high-, and high school-age girls and boys. The events are held as a fund-raiser for athletics at Mayville State.
